Privacy & cookies

What we collect, and what we don’t.

Short version: four form fields so we can reply to you, and no measurement at all unless you switch it on.

Who we are

Rizqad operates this website. We provide outsourced HR and recruitment services to businesses in the United Kingdom.

Pending: the registered company name, company number and registered address go here once the UK entity is incorporated.

The enquiry form

The form on our contact page collects four things: your name, your company, the role you’re hiring for, and your work email. That’s the whole list. We don’t ask for a phone number, a budget, or company size, and there is no hidden field collecting anything else.

We use it for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if it looks like a fit, to send matched candidate profiles and arrange a 15-minute call. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you sent us.

You are not signed up to anything by submitting it. There is no newsletter and no automated follow-up sequence. If you’d rather we deleted your enquiry, ask and we will.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. There are no third-party marketing scripts, no social pixels, and no profiling.

Essential

When you choose an option on the cookie bar, we store that choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again on every page. That’s the only thing we store without asking, and it never leaves your browser.

Optional measurement

If you choose “Allow measurement”, we load privacy-friendly analytics to count which pages are read. It is aggregated and does not identify you. Choose “Essential only” — or ignore the bar — and no analytics script is loaded at all. At present no analytics provider is configured, so nothing is loaded either way.

Who sees your data

Enquiries go to the founders. We use ordinary business tools — email and hosting — to receive and store them, and we don’t sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Our own staff are employed by us in Pakistan. If your enquiry is handled by a colleague based there, your data is processed outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we’re in conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Pending: confirm a specific retention period with the founders and state it here as a number of months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it. Email us and we’ll deal with it. If you’re not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we change this page at the same time. It describes how the site actually behaves, not a general policy.
